EVFleetPulse provides analytics and alerts based on vehicle and charging data you authorize. The Service is provided “as is” and may change over time.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. You grant us permission to process your data to provide the Service and operate it securely.
If you purchase a subscription or lifetime plan, you agree to pay applicable fees. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. If we offer a refund policy, it will be stated at checkout.
EVFleetPulse provides informational insights only and does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or suitability. Vehicle/charging data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to third-party systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVFleetPulse and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
